My client is looking an experienced maintenance team leader to join the maintenance team in a new role covering two manufacturing sites in Sheffield. A market leading firm in the manufacture of building materials, they are a quickly growing business looking to expand to meet their customers’ needs.

As the successful applicant you’ll have responsibility for a team of 6 engineers/fitters in total. The role is a hands on position where you will be working alongside these people each day.

The role will be a mixture of overseeing in a supervisory capacity and hands on maintenance of chains, conveyors, belts, mixers and some extrusion machines as well.

Experience Required
 

• Previous experience as a maintenance team leader/maintenance supervisor is not essential but would be beneficial
• Some formal qualification in engineering maintenance would be beneficial but is not deal breaking, experience is more of a priority.
