Job Title: Mechanical Fitter - Training can be given for basic experienced candidates. Location: Sheffield Shifts: 8am to 4pm with breaks Mon - Fri (Saturday / Sunday overtime on occasions, not often)Salary: Up to £15ph, dependant on experience. Metalis are currently in partnership with a long-established manufacturing company in Sheffield. Due to growth and a healthy order book, the company are looking for a Mechanical Fitter to join the team. Duties and Responsibilities:
- This role will be involved in the overhaul and repair of various types of induction furnace equipment
- Removing and installing induction furnace equipment in house and travelling to customer sites across the UK and overseas.
- In house training will be given.
Requirements:
- If experienced, a higher salary would be considered.
- If basic experience, training and further development will be given.
- Be punctual, reliable and trustworthy.
- Willing to undertake any training relevant to the role.
Salary and Shifts:
- Hours are 8am to 4pm with breaks Mon - Fri (Saturday / Sundays on occasions)
- 12 weeks temporary to permanent.
- Salary is negotiable with overtime of 1.5 rate and x2 rate.
