We are currently recruiting for a charismatic and experienced full time KS1 Teacher who is passionate about making a positive difference in the education of students in South Yorkshire!

The high achieving school is located in the Sheffield S10 area and is looking for someone who is keen to contribute to school life, results driven and can make the classroom and learning a fun and equal learning environment. Does this describe you?

As a KS1 Teacher your responsibilities includes:

  • Delivering engaging and collaborative lessons
  • Building rapport with students and staff
  • Using the primary curriculum to support students' learning
  • Organising fun and inclusive activities and games
  • Using your initiative in the classroom
  • Supporting students' progress plans/ individualised support plans
  • Meeting the daily objectives

To be successful in the KS1 Teacher role, you must:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification
  • Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to process one through Randstad Education)
  • Hold eligibility to work in the UK
  • Have a minimum of 6 weeks experience teaching Key Stage 1/ Early Years.
  • Have a strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Have strong classroom and behaviour management
