Elevation Recruitment Group are pleased to be partnered with a long standing brand in Sheffield to recruit a Production Supervisor. The role will lead a small but successful production team on a hands on line. The role has the pathway into Production Manager so would like someone with the ambition to take this step.Role duties:

Supervisory on the line of the manufacturing facility, leading by example
Setting the standards, monitoring quality and improving operating procedures
Ensuring capacity is met against customer demand and sales requirements
Continuing hygiene standards to ensure audits are passed and certification is kept
Support the goods in and warehouse function to ensure raw materials are available and at the line in time
Machinery changeover, clean down and upkeep

Capabilities we're looking for:

Experience within a fast paced food production environment
Proven capability to manage a team of operators
Knowledge of BRC / SALSA requirements as well as hygiene actions
Engineering / technical mindset to support machinery
Able to perform physical lifting when needed
Driving license/Forklift license beneficial
