Our esteemed client, a leading organization in the Sheffield area, is actively seeking an experienced professional to join their dynamic team. If you have a strong track record in successfully managing ServiceNow projects and possess exceptional leadership skills, this role is perfect for you.  This role is working fully remote, with no expectaton to attend the offices in Sheffield or client sites. 

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of ServiceNow projects and oversee their end-to-end implementation, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Serve as the key liaison between clients and internal stakeholders, effectively managing relationships and communication to ensure alignment and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into actionable project plans and deliverables.
  • Lead a team of talented professionals, providing guidance, support, and motivation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project resources effectively, including allocation, scheduling, and coordination, to ensure optimal utilization and achievement of project objectives.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings, provide project updates to stakeholders, and proactively address any issues or risks that may impact project success.
  • Implement project management best practices, methodologies, and tools to drive efficiency and quality in project execution.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team culture, promoting knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and growth opportunities for team members.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing ServiceNow projects, demonstrating a track record of successful project deliveries.
  • Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, its modules, and functionality, as well as best practices for implementation.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional project management abilities, including project planning, resource management, risk mitigation, and budget control.
  • Proficiency in using project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, to drive project success.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in complex and challenging situations.
  • ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified System Administrator (CSA), are highly desirable.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
