Recruitment Consultant

Sheffield (two days hybrid)

£25,000 - £26,000 per year plus commission

Responsibilities:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll have the freedom to run your own desk with the support of your experienced colleagues and strong branch network. Each day/week will be different where you will have a variety of duties including:

Building strong relationships with existing clients
Winning new business through various sales methods
Managing vacancies from start to finish
Screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates
Matching the best candidates to the best jobs
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practises to effectively advise clients and candidates
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the company's database

Essential (Knowledge, skills, experience):

Previous experience in recruitment, sales or customer service
Desire to sell, earn bonus and be successful whilst enjoying an excellent work/life balance
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates
Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driving licence
