Currently recruiting for an experienced Compliance and Funding Officer to join our fast growing training division. As a Compliance and Funding Officer you will provide support, training and guidance on all administrative functions as well as technical guidance relating to ILRs, funding and compliance. You will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £32,000 , + Continuous support to your own professional development.

This progressive role you must have knowledge of government funding. You will have full autonomy over the role and be at the forefront of the contacts and compliance department.

Key Responsibilities and Duties of the Administrator:

- Manage and oversee independent audits of our data and compliance

- Manage the administration across all funding streams

- Produce accurate and timely reports

- Complete the final funding return each month to the ESFA without errors and warnings or Dlocks.

- Oversee the processing and monitoring of data changes such as BIL, withdrawals, completions etc

- Carry out reconciliation monthly between PICs and ESFA (Education Skills Funding Agency) reports.

- Overseeing the awarding body registrations and exams process with overall responsibility for ensuring they are run and managed effectively and smoothly meeting JCQ guidelines.

- Manage the administration and coordination of the EPA Process.

- Previous experience of  Ofsted inspections

Key Skills of the MIS Administrator:

- Experience of working within Education Sector within a data and compliance role

- Knowledge of using PICS systems, including reporting, data compliance.

- Knowledge of e-portfolios

- Ability to maintain and respect confidentiality of information.

- Strong administration and organisational skills including proven ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.

- Professional manner and good interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.

- Excellent IT skills using a range of IT packages, especially excel and databases to collate and interpret data.

To be successful in this role you have previously worked in the training and education sector as a contracts administrator, compliance administrator, Contracts manager, Compliance Coordinator
