This role will be reporting into the Director, working closely with the internal teams as well as liaising with Heads of Sales in Europe.

Client Acquisition and Retention:

  • Responsible for driving new business development, identifying opportunities for growth and strategising a clear route to success
  • Nurturing and building on customer relationships, identifying opportunities for growth with exceptional service at the forefront of your mind.
  • Spearheading new business development initiatives while effectively synchronising sales activities with our regional sales leaders located in Europe


Sales Strategy Development

  • Recognise and cultivate strategic alliances to enrich offerings.
  • Perform market research and pinpoint business prospects and trends to fuel innovation contributions.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams and deliver routine reports on business development activities.
  • Conduct research and analysis as well as defining objectives to create quality tender propositions, considering all technicalities to optimise outcome


Product Knowledge and Expertise

  • Acquire expertise in technical advancements and product innovations, always priding yourself in growing your knowledge base.
  • Use your strong ability and knowledge of product line to establish evolving target audience and win new business


Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in new business development, complete adaptability to ever changing product lines and a passion for succeeding
  • Experience and strong technical proficiency to deal with high value, complex tenders
  • A strategic and commercial thinker who works on initiative for the best result for both client and surrounding teams
  • A confident individual with the ability to motivate and encourage others around them
