Here at Compliance Group Electrical Ltd, were seeking a Business Development Managerto join our team based in Grantham.Do you have a proven track record of delivering on your KPIs? Have drive and determination to gain new business? Have a background in the Electrical Compliance sector? If youve answered yes to all three questions this role could be yours, with your sector knowledge, tenacious sales ability, and drive for success you could become the leading light in expanding our business along with our sales team members, helping us on our path for continuing growth and success.

What we offer:

Were looking to offer a basic salary between £50,000 -£55,000 with an OTE of £65,000 (un-capped) for this role and are open to candidates of various levels. In addition, we offer 23 days holiday per year plus Bank Holidays, a company pension and discount platforms. Hybrid working with monthly attendance in our Grantham office for meetings and additional ad hoc new client meetings when required, working 9am-5pm Monday Friday.

Key areas of responsibility:

Prospect & deliver new clients to our business using your industry knowledge

Make new business sales by way of phone, email, and visits with a view to bringing in new clients, renewing works, and further develop existing relationships

Guide each new client thought the full range of services forming an understanding of future needs to, over time, build or gain future business

Manage all customer related enquiries and gain feedback from our clients once works have been completed to ensure continual improvement

Experience required for the role:

Previous experience and a proven track record of business development within the Electrical Compliance sector

An understanding of the technical elements of our industry so that you are confident in the selling of our services

A strong drive to hit and exceed KPIs, self-motivated, and largely self-managed

A proven ability to foster business to business relationships continually
