This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the main kitchen designer, supporting them in all aspects of project development and execution.

As a Junior Kitchen Designer, you will play a pivotal role in the design process, from initial client consultations to the final delivery of bespoke kitchen solutions. You'll have the chance to collaborate with a talented team of designers, architects, and project managers, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in a dynamic and creative environment.

Junior Kitchen Designer Position Requirements
  • Prior experience in kitchen design is preferred, we welcome applications from recent graduates with relevant qualifications or individuals with a passion for design and a willingness to learn
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential for this role, as you will be responsible for creating detailed kitchen layouts and technical drawings. Knowledge of Revit is beneficial but not mandatory
  • Strong communication skills are vital as you'll be interacting with clients to understand their requirements and presenting design concepts effectively
  • A valid driving license and access to your own vehicle are necessary for client visits and project site inspections

Junior Kitchen Designer Position Remuneration
  • £25,000 per annum salary
  • Travel expenses for work-related journeys covered, whether by car or train, to ensure convenience and accessibility for their team members
  • You'll receive 20 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays. Additionally, your holiday allowance will increase by one day for every year of service, up to a maximum of 25 days. Furthermore, we have a Christmas shutdown period to allow our team members to enjoy the festive season
