Job Title: Welder FabricatorLocation: SheffieldSalary: £12 - £15ph Metalis are currently in partnership with a specialist fabrication company in Sheffield. Due to a healthy work order book, our client is looking to hire a skilled Welder Fabricator on a 12 week temporary to permanent basis.Duties and Responsibilities:
- MIG and TIG welding.
- Working with JIGS, assembling parts to drawing or samples.
- Working from drawings to producing fabrications from start to finish.
- Working accurately within a busy Steel Fabrication department.
- Identify and execute fabrication detail to pre-set tolerances and design.
- To use hand tools to achieve manufacture in a safe and correct manner.
- To always wear safety equipment.
- To take responsibility for the maintenance and care of own equipment.
- Work safely and show care to fellow employees.
Salary and Working Hours:
- Hourly rates of pay from £12 p/h to £15 p/h depending on skills and qualifications.
- Overtime available.
- Days regular, Monday - Friday.
- 12 weeks temporary to permanent role.
