Key Responsibilities for a Sales Negotiator:
- Processing of orders
- Manage all orders from receipt to shipment
- Handling support enquiries via email and telephone to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction, to include stock enquiries, ETA, and other customer requests
- Raise credits, pro-forma orders, sample requests and other administrative tasks
- Provide support to both internal and external sales teams
- Solve problems and occasionally deal with challenging telephones calls and issues
- Investigate and resolve complaints
Key Skills needed for a Sales Negotiator:
- Customer service experience
- Driven
- Confident on the phones
- Good communication skills
