Duties of the Service Administrator are as follows:
Answering telephone calls and responding to emails
Scheduling engineering visits
Processing job sheets
Preparing quotes to customers
Creating and sending invoices to customers
Dealing with repair quotes
Updating engineer schedule
The ideal Service Administrator will:
Customer service experience
Experience using Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication skills
Experience with engineers
Great working in a busy environment
Work well under pressure and prioritise workload
