Role: Corporate Receptionist

Location: Ocean Village (Southampton)

Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.15pm)

Hourly Rate: 11.54 per hour

Duration: Monday 19th June 2023 to Friday 23rd June 2023 and Monday 21st to 25th August

Reed Recruitment are looking for an experienced and passionate Corporate Receptionist to be the welcoming face of the company and help to create a great experience for visitors. With the role being client facing and acting as an ambassador for the firm, being well presented, articulate and engaging will be key.

Previous experience in a similar role and within a fast-paced environment.
A keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication skills.
General administration.
Professional telephone manner.
Meet and greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
