This role is Security Contracts Manager for a large corporate organisation and therefore experience of security management, client liaison, supervisor and field based officer managemenent, SLA / KPI / Recruitment / Training / Disciplinary , counter terrorism knowledge, Martin's law knowledge, experience of working with the police and emergency services from a communications perspective is highly advantageous. Your role will be to manage the portfolio and the day to day operations of the team and the client requirements, marrying this with a high end security provision, you will be responsible for ensuring SLA's and KPI's are met and working with the commercial team that your portfolio continues to be efficient and experience growth.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Direct Management of:

·Clients.

·Site Managers / Supervisors.

·Prestigious Site Portfolio.

·Responsibility for high security sites within your portfolio with overall responsibility for a large team of officers via supervisors and duty managers. 

·Transfer of customer contracts to technology driven solutions.

·Client Liaison at a senior level and multi layered relationship piece

·KPI setting and management.

·To effectively manage operational capability of the portfolio, you should have a “hands on” approach, leading from the front.

·To ensure effective communication between all key individuals.

·Recruitment, training and development of your direct reports.

·Motivate and develop your team with a view to developing individuals through the business who are recognised as future managers of the business, leading from the front and ensuring a best-in-class service to client via a fully functioning operational team.

·Development and implementation of complex security plans for both general site management and for high profile events within your portfolio / region.

·Liaising with Police and other external stakeholders for security matters.

·Managing and controlling Sensitive Information.

·Promoting and driving a good security culture throughout the organisation and ensuring required security protocols are adhered to by all.

ESSENTIAL QUALITIES:

·Experience within Security Management.

·Evidence of consistently motivating and managing teams.

·Proven client relationship management

·Strong leadership skills to lead from the front and inspire.

·Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at board level with clients and internal stakeholders, possess and practice high quality communication and presentation dexterity.

·SIA License

·Full Driving license

·Highly developed interpersonal skills

·Self-motivated & opportunistic
