Our Client, and 'Independent' firm of Chartered Financial Planners now requires an additional Administrator to join their established and friendly team. Working alongside a number of Consultants, the successful candidate should have proven experience working in a similar environment with knowledge of processing Pension & Investment applications.

The main aspect of the role will be to provide a professional and compressive administration service in an exceptionally busy environment. Supporting a team of Finance Advisors and Paraplanners dealing with a large portfolio of Private and Corporate clients, daily duties will be varied and consist of:

  • To create and maintain client records using Capita software programmes
  • Prepare Letter of Authority
  • Prepare and submit new business applications in relation to Life, Pensions and Investments
  • Prepare client files for review meetings, including fund analytics and completing post-review tasks such as fund switching, rebalancing and suitability report writing
  • Address client's enquiries in an efficient professional manner including over the telephone, face to face and in all written correspondence
  • Ensure regular contact is held with clients informing them of any changes or suitable amendments to consider relating to a policy held

To be successful in the role candidates should be able to prioritise and self-manage workloads effectively, ensuring a high standard of care and attention to detail is held. It is essential that you can interact well in a small, busy and very professional team environment, The ability to work under pressure is required whilst remaining professional at all times.

Our Client will fully support those wanting to working towards the CII exams. The desire to succeed within the buoyant professional planning industry is required and should be demonstrated at interview stage.
