Are you a SEND Support teacher who enjoys working with children?Do you have experience working with SEND?Would you be willing to work in a SEND school setting?We are actively recruiting for an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant for a large SEND school in Shrewsbury who are dedicated in supporting and preparing students for life after school. The perfect candidate will be someone who is innovative and passionate about supporting young learners with Special Educational Needs. Due to the needs of the children, the ideal candidate will need to be experienced in working with a wide range of SEND in a classroom environment and in small groups/ 1:1. You will need the ability to provide tailored academic and emotional support to students while creating a safe environment that allows children and students to develop and thrive.What you will need:* Experience and passion for working with SEND children. * Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting the educational needs of students with a range of SEND.* DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one. * Excellent communication skills for building relationships with students, staff, and parents.* Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes student well-being.If you are a passionate and caring individual with a desire to support children with SEND through their academic journey then I'd love to hear from you!Aspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
