Warehouse Coordinator
Shrewsbury
Temporary up to 3 months
£12.60 per hour
Monday-Friday / 8:30 am 5 pm
My client is based just north of Shrewsbury and has a vacancy for a Warehouse Coordinator to join their organisation on an ongoing temporary basis, this will be to provide cover for a 3-month period. The role will be based in their small stores area and will be a mix between some hands-on light picking and keeping all the systems up to date. We are looking for someone who can start immediately.
Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to:
- Receiving parts requests and processing accordingly
- Picking components and parts and despatching to the engineering team
- Ensure material orders are logged and the stock system is kept up to date
Skills and Experience
- Must have previous experience within a Warehouse / Logistics / Stores environment
- IT literate and familiar with MRP / Warehouse Management or stock management systems
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Great attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence and vehicle available due to the company location
