Our client is looking for an experienced Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive with a strong background in residential conveyancing to join its growing department.
This is a senior role where you will handle a broad range of high-value and complex residential property matters — and help shape the future of its conveyancing practice.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including freehold, leasehold, new build, transfers of equity and remortgages
- Handle more complex or high-end property matters, with an emphasis on quality and client care
- Supervise and support junior staff as needed, contributing to team development
- Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and third parties in a proactive and professional manner
- Contribute to best practices, risk management and compliance procedures
- Optional involvement in light commercial conveyancing for suitable candidates
What We’re Looking For:
- A qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with 5+ years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
- Experience in handling high-value or complex transactions
- Excellent attention to detail, client care and communication skills
- Confident using case management systems and working in a fast-paced environment
- A team player who is happy to work full-time in the office
- Ambition to progress into a leadership or Head of Department role (if desired)
