- Conduct thorough audience research and targeting to maximise campaign effectiveness.
- Create and manage engaging ad copy and creatives, collaborating with design teams where necessary.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and pacing, making data-driven optimisations to improve results.
- Analyse campaign data and provide clients with clear, insightful reports and actionable recommendations.
- Stay at the forefront of paid social trends, platform updates, and new advertising opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact for paid social activity.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., SEO, Content, Web Development) to ensure integrated digital strategies.
- Proven and strong experience in Social Media Marketing is essential.
- Must live within a commutable distance of Shrewsbury.
- Good knowledge of major social media advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Demonstrable experience in creating and managing successful paid social campaigns across various objectives (e.g., lead generation, conversions, brand awareness).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is highly desirable.
