Are you a passionate and results-driven Social Media Marketing specialist with strong Paid Social experience looking to make a real impact within a well-established and growing digital agency?  This highly respected digital development and marketing agency based near Shrewsbury, is seeking a talented Social Media Account Manager to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of paid social strategies for a diverse range of clients, working in a collaborative and supportive environment.  The Role:As a Social Media Account Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, optimisation, and reporting of paid social media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Pinterest, TikTok). You will work closely with clients to understand their objectives, develop tailored strategies, and deliver exceptional ROI.  Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and manage innovative paid social media strategies aligned with client goals and KPIs.
  • Conduct thorough audience research and targeting to maximise campaign effectiveness.
  • Create and manage engaging ad copy and creatives, collaborating with design teams where necessary.
  • Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and pacing, making data-driven optimisations to improve results.
  • Analyse campaign data and provide clients with clear, insightful reports and actionable recommendations.
  • Stay at the forefront of paid social trends, platform updates, and new advertising opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact for paid social activity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., SEO, Content, Web Development) to ensure integrated digital strategies.
About You:
  • Proven and strong experience in Social Media Marketing is essential.
  • Must live within a commutable distance of Shrewsbury.
  • Good knowledge of major social media advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Demonstrable experience in creating and managing successful paid social campaigns across various objectives (e.g., lead generation, conversions, brand awareness).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is highly desirable.
  • Agency experience is a plus, but not essential.
