A fantastic Property Management company is looking for their next keen Property Manager to become a part of their growing company!
This position offers an exciting opportunity for development within the property management industry for a well-established company. You will work closely with experienced professionals in an friendly office environment, to gain valuable hands-on experience in all aspects of property management.
You will gain fantastic exposure to the procedures, compliance and regulations of day-to-day Property Management. No previous experience is required but work within a Property environment would be beneficial. This includes going on site visits, completing inspections, liaising with tenants / landlords / contractors / other members of the team, and so much more!
Salary starts at £26,000 (+ bonus + benefits) on top of an extra £3,600 car allowance for travel which is just added onto your yearly salary!
As part of the training scheme, you will be given the opportunity to complete your first two exams of your IRPM paid for by the company! This will also lead to quite a significant pay-rise after completion!
