Experienced and Trainee Wood Machinists are required to join the team at a long-established and reputable furniture manufacturer in Sidcup Mill Plant on a full-time basis, making quality bespoke fitted kitchens and free-standing furniture.
Their busy and well-equipped Mill process panels use 3-and 5-axis CNC drillers/routers, CNC saws, and edge banders. Their solid timber department processes high-quality timber components using Rip Saws, 5-cutter spindles, routers, and belt sanding equipment. Door assembly, sub-assembly, and curved components are all produced using RF presses and bag press equipment.

Required Experience:
- Demonstrate relevant experience and competency in a number of these machine types
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and with a keen eye for detail and quality workmanship
- Interpret technical drawings
- Flexible to accommodate overtime hours where available
- This is a workshop-based role
Trainee applicants may be considered for this role if they demonstrate aptitude and related study experience. Full training is provided.
