- Communicate with legal firms, estate agents, clients, and banks to progress conveyancing transactions swiftly and accurately.
- Take instructions from clients and maintain a client-focused approach.
- Draft, collate, and send supporting legal and financial documents.
- Receive and review mortgage instructions from lenders.
- Oversee the conveyancing process from initiation to completion, including the registration of deeds.
- Provide a high level of ownership and accountability for the client experience.
- Ensure proactive progression of matters, with no case left unattended for more than 2 weeks.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, client-focused thinking, and problem-solving within the work environment.
- Develop personally and assist in the development of colleagues.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with stakeholders, referrers, estate agents, financial advisors, will writers, and other solicitors/conveyancers.
- Promote a safe working environment by complying with Health and Safety Regulations.
- Remain up to date with relevant legislation such as Money Laundering, GDPR, Compliance, and Financial prudence.
- A minimum of 2 years PQE as a Conveyancer.
- Excellent communication skills and a love for the telephone.
- Highly responsive and a proficient problem solver.
- Financially astute with a focus on improving savings and reducing expenditure.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Additional annual paid leave at Christmas (approx. 1 week).
- Black tie event for you and your partner at Christmas.
- 4:30 pm down tools and chill time until 5 pm to assist with mental health and team building.

- Salary £40k (depending on experience)
