£441.65-£510 per week (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

The School and Role

Vision for Education are currently looking for a SEND Teaching Assistant based within a specialist school in Sittingbourne. If successful you will be required to work closely with a pupil with PMLD and needs full time 1:1 support. Personal care and manual handling is also involved. This specialist SEN school has great access routes, sufficient on and off site parking and great public transport routes a short walk away.

Requirements 

The desired Teaching Assistant will; 

• Have excellent communication skills
• Possess the motivation to achieve and add value to a school
• Have Classroom Management skills
• Have a strong work ethic and professional attitude
• Experience working with individuals with PMLD is desirable but not essential
