As a Home Care Assistant, you will deliver professional assistance across diverse areas of personal care, you will be responsible for aiding with medication, preparing snacks, beverages, and meals, as well as executing light domestic duties and providing support with shopping. Additionally, a focus is placed on offering companionship and facilitating social interaction, ensuring a comprehensive approach to meeting the needs of individuals in need of care.
Hours of Work: Full-time and part-time positions available (10-40 hours per week) including weekends and evenings.
Home Care Assistants Requirements:
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and honest individual who embodies a caring and friendly demeanour for our Care Assistant position.
Experience is not essential as full training will be provided towards nationally recognised qualifications. What is important is that you have a genuine interest in working with people in a caring environment.
Ideally you will have your own transport – if not, can you ride a bike? We’re actively encouraging our Care Assistants to go green and do their part for the community by keeping Lincolnshire happy and healthy through a greener way of doing things! We’ll even provide the bike!
