Sales & Marketing Co-ordinatorSkipton - Hybrid, Full-time (BD23)Permanent - £25,000 - £28,000 paA wonderful opportunity has become available for a Sales & Marketing Co-ordinator. Working across the business to support the sales team in the day-to-day activities. You will be hybrid working between home and the office based in Skipton, North Yorkshire. You will become an integral part of the company's sales and marketing team, focusing on their highways activities and building and maintaining a contact database that will form the basis of their forward business activity in this area. You will be responsible for developing new leads, market research, communicating with customers, supporting marketing activities, and assisting with the sales process. Responsibilities

  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads passed to be passed on to the Sales team.
  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
  • Creating and maintaining the CRM with current and potential customers and opportunities.
  • Producing sales documentation and reports as required.
  • Market research (for example incumbent providers and spend).
  • Assisting with organising marketing events, webinars, and conferences.

Experience Required

  • Experience of sales and marketing
  • Knowledge of the Highways sector is desirable.
  • Interpersonal skills
  • An active contributor.
  • Must have IT skills with experience using Microsoft Office
  • The ability to prioritise and organise workloads to meet deadlines.
