Hotel Manager - Prestigious Wedding & Events Venue | near Slough in Berkshire

Are you an experienced Hotel Manager with a passion for excellence and unforgettable guest experiences?
We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Hotel Manager to lead operations at this luxury wedding and events venue nestled in the heart of Berkshire.

This is a unique opportunity to take the helm of a celebrated destination known for hosting exceptional weddings, private celebrations, and high-end corporate events. You'll be responsible for the full day-to-day running of the venue, delivering operational excellence, and maintaining the five-star standards our guests expect.

The Hotel Manager will have:

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Hotel Manager within a full-service hotel or a wedding/events-focused venue

  • A proven track record of leading high-performing teams in luxury or boutique environments

  • Exceptional understanding of guest service, event execution, and operational excellence

  • Strong commercial awareness with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

  • Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences with meticulous attention to detail

  • Comfortable working closely with ownership, reporting on KPIs, and contributing to business growth



??? Responsibilities Include:

  • Overseeing all hotel operations including front of house, housekeeping, F&B, and events

  • Leading, training and inspiring a dedicated team to deliver consistently high standards

  • Working with the events and sales team to ensure seamless execution of weddings and functions

  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, licensing laws and other legal requirements

  • Managing budgets, financial targets and maximising profitability



Location:

Near Slough, Berkshire - Must be able to commute or be open to relocating. Accommodation options may be available for the right candidate.
