Position: Air Freight Export Coordinator

Job Type: Permanent, Monday - Friday 9:00am - 17:30pm
Salary: 27,000 - 30,000 (DEO)

We are seeking an experienced Air freight Export Coordinator with experience dealing with end-to-end air export operations to add to their team based in our London Heathrow offices.
Air Freight Export Coordinator Job Description:
Primary function to arrange air export movements from start to finish including customs clearances. Responsible for raising HAWBS & MAWBS, quoting jobs and offering pricing solutions, raising alerts, liaising with customers, overseas agents and airlines. Builds strong relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.
Essential Job Functions:
- Arrange air exports for key accounts and ad-hoc customers
- Raise HAWBS & MAWBS
- Liaise with airlines and overseas agents
- Communicates all aspects of capabilities and service offerings available to the client
- Negotiate directly with air freight carriers to achieve best pricing
- Complete Customs Declarations
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with key clients, including negotiating and closing on major contracts
- Maintain existing client base and simultaneously prospect for new clients and opportunities when possible
