Description

• Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities in the healthcare sector.
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with relevant stakeholders.
• Develop and execute strategies for market penetration
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the healthcare industry.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
• Provide insight and recommendations on product development based on market needs.
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

Profile

A successful Business Development Manager should have:

• Proven track record in winning new business
• Proficiency in sales strategies and market analysis.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop strategic relationships with stakeholders.
• Would be a benefit to have strong knowledge of the healthcare industry
• Would be a benefit to have sold into Human Resources departments
• The ability to get to Slough (either by train or car) at least three times a week
