Lead, manage, and supervise qualified social workers and family support staff.

Recruit, supervise, appraise, and develop staff in accordance with Trust and statutory requirements.

Foster partnerships and multi-agency working to effectively assess risk and respond to identified needs.

Develop and maintain relationships with schools and other partners to promote effective prevention and early intervention.

Develop and implement team plans aligned with organisational objectives and performance targets.

Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements within the team and service location.

Undertake any other duties within the scope of the role, including representing the service on internal and external projects.
