A highly inclusive and well-supported secondary school in Slough is seeking a skilled SENCO to lead its SEND provision from September. The school is committed to providing the highest standard of education for all students, including those with additional needs, and has developed a reputation for inclusive teaching and support.
As SENCO, you will lead on strategic SEND planning, liaise with external agencies, and ensure high-quality teaching and targeted interventions are in place for pupils with EHCPs and other learning barriers.

National SENCO Award (or willingness to complete)
