Day Rate - 320pd - 350pd

Occupational Health Manager (OHM) opportunity for an initial 6 month contract with a global manufacturing business based in Slough.

You will required to manage the Occupational Health needs of multiple factories and offices. Your job will be managing OH referrals and case work, oversee health surveillance and new start medicals and partner with factory / site leadership to manage long term sickness and local health topics and issues.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• OH Case work.
• Functional capability and ill-health retirement assessments (utilising OH Physician if needed).
• Work with the site leadership team on long term sickness and absence management.
• Work with third parties to deliver other OH services (health surveillance, new starter medicals, physiotherapy etc.).
