Job Title: Fraud Administrator

PURPOSE SUMMARY:

The role holder will be responsible for supporting the Fraud Specialist across all areas of fraud prevention within the business. This will include taking part and supporting on a range of fraud prevention measures, as well as investigation and mitigation required for contracts either suspected of, or confirmed as fraud. The role will include overall responsibility for working through the HPI React system, and applying the correct outputs for each queue.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Overall responsibility for working the HPI React system in timely fashion• Providing feedback and reporting on the HPI React system to the Fraud Specialist• Providing active support to any and all investigations, including making contact with retailers to obtain any pertinent information• Taking an active role in reporting stolen vehicles to NaVCIS• Ensure FLA alerts are actioned and/or escalated as required• Assist with the filing of confirmed frauds to CIFAS and/or Hunter• Such duties as management may from time to time reasonably require

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of A levels or equivalent• Experience in the automotive or consumer finance industry preferred• A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a Fraud related role preferred

• Excel and Word to Intermediate level • Workflow management
