Our Client is a market leader in the Drainage industry and is looking for an experienced Mechanical fitter to join their team

Monday to Friday 06.00 - 16.00


You will be responsible for a wide variety vehicle related maintenance including but not limited to:



Hydraulic and High Pressure Jetting Systems

Possess in-depth knowledge of hydraulic systems, including pumps, hoses, and control mechanisms.
Specialize in maintaining and troubleshooting high-pressure jetting systems used in drain and sewer cleaning operations.
Conduct regular inspections and testing to ensure the optimal performance of hydraulic and jetting equipment.
Vehicle Maintenance

Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of the company's fleet of vehicles, with a particular emphasis on hydraulic components.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic and high-pressure jetting system issues to ensure timely and effective repairs.
Perform preventive maintenance tasks on hydraulic systems to maximize reliability.
Repair and Troubleshooting

Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergencies involving hydraulic and jetting systems, providing on-site repairs to minimize downtime.
Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and rectify technical issues related to high-pressure equipment.
Collaborate with the wider team to analyse recurring problems and implement preventive measures.
Legislation and Compliance

Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and industry standards related to hydraulic systems and high-pressure jetting operations.
Ensure all maintenance and repair activities comply with health and safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices.
Implement and promote safe working practices among the team in accordance with legal requirements.


Salary £50,000 OTE
