My client is a well-established contractor in the Building Services industry, specialising in Air Conditioning, Mechanical and Electrical Services. They work across the London and Home Counties region and are growing their team!
They subcontract for CBRE and work across the commercial sector in gyms, retail, educational, as well as residential.
THE ROLE
The role will consist of Service and Breakdown of a range of Air Conditioning Systems in Commercial properties.Â
Location: London, West London, Reading
Salary: Up to 45k
Travel Time: Door to Door
Holiday:Â 23 Days plus 8 Bank Holidays
Hours: 8.5 hr days
No Call out
Van – Personal Use of van and fuel card.
Fuel Card, Phone, Uniform, PDA
