Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and secure privately rented properties suitable for accommodating individuals who have experienced homelessness, in line with program requirements and budget constraints.Negotiate lease agreements and terms with property owners and agents, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with local landlords, property agents, and housing providers.Act as the main point of contact for landlords and agents, addressing any concerns or issues related to placements promptly and professionally.Promote the benefits of housing individuals experiencing homelessness and addressing any misconceptions or concerns landlords may have.Oversee the day-to-day management of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet the needs of residents.
