Landlord Liaison Officer needed in Slough Paying  £19 per hr ref 1274170

Full time hours on a temporary basis

• Building and maintaining a very good relationship with partner landlords to increase our portfolio of PRS properties ready to let.
• Supporting clients moving in and liaising with the team for support.
• Working from either our main office, our second hostel or the third hostel and covering the support required for the residents, looking after the building and ensuring the any incidents/issues are reported/addressed.
• Every now and then (no more than once a week) joining the outreach sessions together with a rough sleeper officer.
• Must be able to work flexible hours responding to our service needs.
• Must have access to a personal car for business use.
