Adecco are currently recruiting for a Supply Coordinator to join a major FMCG client based on the Slough Trading Estate.

This role is a contract role until May 2025, part time either 3 or 4 days per week (2 days on site).

The purpose of this role is to provide effective and efficient administrative support to the Leadership Team. The incumbent must have excellent organisational skills, be able to make sound judgements and decisions when required, provide solutions to key issues which arise and the ability to effectively collaborate with senior leaders and peers. Ad hoc projects to enable further development in role will be added as time allows.

16.92 per hour

ASAP start until May 2025

Part time either 3 or 4 days per week

2 days on site with parking

The Role:

* Provide exceptional administrative support including pro-active diary management.

* Decide, plan & execute complex, detailed domestic and international travel itineraries including all transportation, lodging; obtaining all necessary visas and travel documents.

* Purchase order requests: raise purchase requests on Ariba.

* Submit expenses on a regular and timely basis using Mobile Expense

* Take the initiative to identify and undertake opportunities that add value to the efficient operation of the team

* Work together with other sites to plan and organise yearly conferences

* Plan & execute VIP visits to site ensuring appropriate guides are sourced and relevant equipment & hosts are available.

* Administrator for SMART Team including meeting arrangement, minute taking and communication.

Qualifications:

* Proven previous experience in a business support role in a fast paced business environment

* Excellent planning, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills (at all levels)

* Able to work with little or no direction, manage conflicting demands and be proactive

* Able to handle confidential information sensitively

* Demonstrative strong initiative and problem solving ability

* Advanced usage of all Microsoft packages - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Teams

* Experience Ariba & Mobile Expense advantageous
