Internal Sales Coordinator

Monday to Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm

£26,000 Per Annum

Smethwick

Our client is now seeking a Internal Sales Coordinator, Your role will involve day-to-day co-ordination of customer accounts on an administration level within a designated product group.

The main duties will be:

  • Processing incoming sales orders
  • Provide quotations
  • Customer Service handling of complaints, compiling and sending letters
  • Maintaining stock records and stock control.
  • Create and update budgets for marketing purposes
  • Monitor website data and process updates
  • Liaison with the Warehouse for orders to be cut, wrapped, and dispatched
  • Invoicing customers and managing aged debt
  • Organising samples for customers

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
  • Knowledge of export procedures and processes.
  • Proven experience to work as part of a team.
  • Displays a good attitude towards work, and the aims and objectives of the company.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Confident communicator both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail
  • Flexible and pro-active approach to daily tasks
