- Prepare and manage customer documentation, including contracts, invoices, and reports.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure swift resolution of customer problems.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer service procedures and suggest improvements.
- Generate regular reports on customer service activities, feedback, and issues.
- Update and maintain customer databases and CRM systems.
The Ideal Candidate
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
