Job Description: We are looking for a skilled CNC Machinist who is proficient in operating, setting up, and programming CNC machinery equipped with Fanuc controls. As a CNC Machinist, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the accurate and efficient production of components according to technical specifications and quality standards.
CNC Machinist Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines, including lathes, mills, and grinders, using Fanuc controls.
- Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to determine machining requirements.
- Program CNC machines to perform various machining operations accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Monitor the machining process to detect any deviations from specifications and make necessary adjustments.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer requirements.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, with a strong background in operating Fanuc-controlled machinery.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Ability to program CNC machines using Fanuc controls.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machining issues effectively.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Relevant technical qualifications or apprenticeship in engineering/machining.
