Job Description: We are looking for a skilled CNC Machinist who is proficient in operating, setting up, and programming CNC machinery equipped with Fanuc controls. As a CNC Machinist, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the accurate and efficient production of components according to technical specifications and quality standards.

CNC Machinist Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC machines, including lathes, mills, and grinders, using Fanuc controls.
  • Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to determine machining requirements.
  • Program CNC machines to perform various machining operations accurately and efficiently.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
  • Monitor the machining process to detect any deviations from specifications and make necessary adjustments.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer requirements.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
