Internal Sales Executive

Solihull - Office based

Monday to Thursday 8:00am to 5:00pm / Friday early finish 2pm

£28,000 to 30,000 Basic Salary + 10k Bonus

Our client an established company who are experiencing exceptional growth, are now looking to recruit additional Internal B2B Sales Executive to join their team. The role will focus on account management and inbound sales/ customer service.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales / account management experience in within a similar role doing Internal sales.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative
  • Comfortable in visiting clients
  • Proactive and positive approach

Responsibilities

  • Account managing existing customer relationships.
  • Maintaining relationships with internal departments and ensuring products are shipped on time.
  • and also ensuring purchase orders are processed as quickly as possible.
  • Managing and reporting monthly sales target.
  • Ensuring the successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
  • Promoting a culture of growth through sales across the business.
  • Identifying key accounts and maintain relationships.
  • Following up on customer leads, maintaining control of quotations and relationships.
  • Maintain a detailed knowledge on products and services offered by the business.
  • Being aware of market trends and the actions of competitors.
  • Maintaining a positive attitude that inspires co-workers and clients to grow the business.
  • Contribute to generating high quality content and promoting sales through an ecommerce platform.
