Position: Purchase Ledger ClerkLocation: SolihullPay: £25,000 - £28,000 per annumContract: Temporary ongoing (up to 6 months)Start Date: ImmediateSchedule: Full-time, 5 days a week, on-site

Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our clients established team in Solihull on a temporary ongoing basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the purchase ledger process efficiently and accurately. This role offers an immediate start and the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Processing purchase invoices and credit notes
• Matching invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Dealing with supplier queries
• Processing payment runs
• Maintaining accurate records in the purchase ledger system

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar purchase ledger role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Must be proficient in SAGE50
