  • Ideally, candidates should have experience with finance systems, strong time management and mathematical skills, the ability to multitask and problem-solve, strong organizational skills, and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working hours are 8:30-4:30 Monday-Thursday and 4pm on Fridays, with the option to work from home once a week. Benefits include access to a local government pension scheme and study support towards the AAT qualification.

Key duties will include:- Posting invoices and PO's Posting credit card expenses Setting up new suppliers Processing of BACS Supplier statement reconciliation Journal postings Prime contact for Finance Communications. Ideally you will have the following experience: An understanding of finance systems Strong time management skills Good mathematical skills The ability to multitask Problem-solving skills Strong organisational skills Written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail The ability to deal with all members of an organisation A professional and friendly demeanour Working hours are 830-430 Monday - Thursday and 4pm on a Friday.
