This position is located in Solihull, the salary is £35,000 - £43,000 per annum and contains many benefits.

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Delivery Manager:

  • Becoming the single point of contact within the account for service-related problems and escalations
  • Taking ownership of escalated customer issues, and troubleshooting with the engineers to find a resolution
  • Reporting against contractually agreed SLAs and guidelines
  • Providing a high standard of customer service to customers at all times throughout their journey to ensure a successful relationship
  • Looking for ways to improve the service

Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Delivery Manager:

  • Service Delivery/Customer Success/Client Services experience is preferred
  • Previous leadership experience, especially in a contact centre is required
  • Excellent communication skills and being able to speak to a variety of people
  • You should be IT literate as you will be required to use various systems
  • You should be able to build trust and credibility with customers and colleagues
