Tonic are looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join the team at our clients fresh-food restaurant near Solihull. You'll work closely with the Head Chef, contributing to the creation and delivery of the modern, ingredient-led dishes. What are we looking for in the successful Chef de Partie?

Previous experience in fresh food restaurants is essential
Confidence and competence across all sections within the kitchen
A positive 'can-do' attitude coupled with drive and enthusiasm to be the best you can be
A passion for food and cooking that is infectious
Proactive, flexible and adaptable, with great attention to detail
Good length of service and loyalty shown to previous employers
