Tonic are looking for a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join the team at our clients fresh-food restaurant near Solihull. You'll work closely with the Head Chef, contributing to the creation and delivery of the modern, ingredient-led dishes. If you're a dedicated chef with a passion for high-quality ingredients and innovative cooking, we'd love to hear from you.

What are we looking for in the successful Sous Chef?
  • Previous experience in a leadership role within a busy fresh food kitchen
  • A positive 'can-do' attitude coupled with drive and enthusiasm to be the best you can be
  • Ideas and Creativity to match the restaurant's menus and food ethos
  • Proactive, flexible and adaptable, with great attention to detail
