You'll work closely with the Head Chef, contributing to the creation and delivery of the modern, ingredient-led dishes. What are we looking for in the successful Sous Chef?

Previous experience in a leadership role within a busy fresh food kitchen
A positive 'can-do' attitude coupled with drive and enthusiasm to be the best you can be
Ideas and Creativity to match the restaurant's menus and food ethos
Proactive, flexible and adaptable, with great attention to detail
Good length of service and loyalty shown to previous employers
