Marketing Manager

Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be working with a well-established but continually growing organisation within the travel industry. They are looking for a Marketing Manager to head up and lead their marketing function, strategically and operationally.
Duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department
- Developing the marketing plan for the company in line with company objectives
- Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities
- Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans
- Planning and implementing promotional campaigns for new and existing products
- Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
- Oversee the preparation of online e-shots liaising with product, aviation and marketing departments for all bands
The successful candidate:
- Experience being responsible for a marketing function within a services-led organisation
- People management experience
- Experience with B2B and B2C marketing
- Able to put together a long-term strategy based on collated research and key metrics
- A proactive nature with fantastic communication and IT skills
- Happy to be in the office 5 days a week (Mon-Fri)
