Then this could be the role for you!Our client in the Solihull area is looking for a Sales Manager to joint their fun and vibrant team due to continued business growth!Benefits:
- Salary - £30,000 to £40,000 per annum
- On Target Earnings - £50,000 to £60,000
- Hours of work - Monday to Thursday 08:00am to 17:00pm and a 14:00pm finish on Friday.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage the business development process for sales within the Healthcare sector.
- Ensure your sales data is logged and accurate on the database.
- Attend virtual and face-to-face meetings with new and existing clients.
- Prospecting new business via various sales channels.
- Follow-up and convert sales leads.
- Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
- Provide progress reports and feedback to senior management.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2 Years experience within a sales and account management environment.
- Experience selling into the Healthcare sector.
- Results driven and motivated.
- Ability to work financial targets and deadlines.
- Proven track record of success in sales.
