Nursery Assistant Level 2
We are currently recruiting passionate and experienced Nursery Assistants to work in various settings across South London. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years old, ensuring that they are happy, safe and developing their full potential.

Job Specification:

The successful candidates will have:

A minimum Level 2 Early Years Education and Childcare qualification or equivalent or at least 6 months experience.
A passion for working with children and promoting their development
Experience of working in a nursery or early years setting
Excellent communication and organisational skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
A sound knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding procedures
The ability to plan and deliver activities that are engaging and stimulating
A willingness to learn and develop professionally
Flexibility and adaptability
Responsibilities:

Providing high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years old
Planning and delivering a range of stimulating and engaging activities that support children's learning and development
Building positive relationships with children, parents/carers and colleagues
Maintaining accurate records and completing observations on children's progress
Ensuring that safeguarding procedures are followed at all times
Promoting equality and diversity
Working in partnership with other professionals to support children's learning and development
